A warehouse configurator that fits more racks into real buildings
This example shows a custom warehouse planning tool we built. In the video, you see different warehouse conditions being tested in a top view, with the rack layout automatically reconfiguring to fit each case.
The goal was to maximize rack count while respecting real-world constraints such as columns, aisle requirements, and workable warehouse geometry.
Instead of relying on manual trial and error, the software evaluates many valid layout alternatives automatically and selects the best one. In practice, that meant denser layouts and more racks than a planner would typically achieve by hand.
